Bring water and $9 if you'd like to have a post workout, low calorie, delicious nutritional shake.

Please call me (Tamar) directly at 9542610868 if there is no meet up scheduled as our schedule doesn’t change. Monday/Wed/Friday @9am & 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:45 am.
