🚀 In a world full of uncertainties, sometimes a leap of faith is the only move left.

👋Alright you guys! Let’s diving into this curious sci-fi tale produced and directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. The movie is based on the novel Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir (The Martian.) and was a hit back in 2021 blending science, suspense, and humour. Ryan Gosling was so drawn to the book, that he jumped on board as producer.

The film follows a man who wakes up on an interstellar spacecraft with no memory of how he got there and soon realises he’s on a mission to save Earth. Definitely something to chat about over drinks and bring to life in a nutshell.

We’ll keep things easygoing with a casual pre-social before heading into the screening together. Afterward, we’ll wrap up with a Letterboxd review and discussion. More details, including timing and location (very likely in the Tysons area), will be updated closer to the date.

I’m hearing a lot of buzz about the film, so it should be a fun watch!
