About the Talk
Join Adey Salyards and Sabrina Ngai from Capital One, who will be sharing their team's experience overhauling Capital One's mobile apps to work seamlessly on both iPad and iPhone - aka making it a universal app.
This event will be hosted at and sponsored by Viget - thanks!
About Adey
I'm a UI designer who is into coding native prototypes in Swift. I'm a designer at Capital One, working on our primary iPhone and iPad app. On the side, I teach a bootcamp through Codepath that teaches designers to code in Swift. Before that, I designed the iPad app that Capital One bankers use in all the branch locations. I previously worked as a designer at AKQA, working on clients such as Verizon, Electrolux, USPS, Leidos and more.
About Sabrina
Sabrina is a designer at Capital One. She was one of the first designers of the small team that shipped the iPad app, and later led the effort to consolidate the iPhone and iPad app into one universal app. Nothing makes Sabrina happier than a thorough UI audit and the nitty gritty of component documentation. Before Capital One, she worked at Discovery.
