Welcome to our weekday trainings where ALL LEVELS are WELCOME for OPEN MATS, No previous training or knowledge necessary.
What should I wear/bring?
Just a wrestling singlet or: shorts, underwear/activewear attire, form fitting undergarments or jockstraps are encouraged and must be worn UNDERNEATH shorts and shirts out of lycra, polyester or spandex preferred over cotton or any athletic workout clothing is fine. Wrestling shoes and knee-pads optional if you have.
Full set of rules, warm up and safety will be given by instructors in wrestling technique:
Warm up drills, calisthenics, lifts, pummeling, penetration step, core stability, safe neck and head strengthening to prevent injury, rolls and holds in neutral, par terre, top & bottom and how to score points. Mutual consent is necesary among participants for Grappling, Jiu Jitsu, Bjj, Judo, Greco-Roman & Freestyle open mats to agree on what rules and time periods before shaking hands. Beginners, intermediate to advanced, there is space for EVERYONE! We highly recommend at least 4 Sunday technique training clinics prior.

Whether an absolute beginner looking for new ways to stay fit, or competitors getting ready for ANY competition, no previous training or knowledge necessary!

- How to do each move safely and with care to never cause harm.
