OC Yoga for Goths

Inaugural meet & greet at the historic Anaheim Cemetary, I'll talk about my background with Yoga, everyone will say hello. Some light stretches and I'll introduce a few effective and simple meditations and breathing techniques.

Meeting is rescheduled to Friday, May 1st (happy May Day, pagans and communists). Cemetery closes at dusk, otherwise i'd schedule it for later. And it's purely for vibes, if you want to meetup to do yoga & have a day that works for you... you can lmk and we can plan what works, it's that easy

We'll get together for a powerful, beginner level flow that helps access subtle energy and grow an awareness of the chakras. Just a pretty good workout too. We'll also discuss some basic energy work practices you can try with great effect.

Location set for Sycamore Park in Mission Viejo, unless someone would like to submit a better one. No, you don't have to come dressed like a goth wear normal workout clothes please. Flow is easy but mildly sweaty, and remember b r i n g w a t e r d r i n k w a t e r

Discussion of shadow work and the inner alchemy necessary to embrace to hard truths. Will also include an energetic flow from my 'Goetic Yoga' series, and a guided meditation based on the "Feeding Your Demons" method drawn from Buddhist teachings
