Welcome to the Military REI Beach Group!

Are you a current or former military service member interested in exploring the world of real estate investing? Do you like hanging out on the beach in beautiful San Diego weather? This one's for you! Whether you're a seasoned investor or just starting, our group offers a supportive community where you can learn, share experiences, and grow your real estate portfolio and knowledge all while soaking up the sand & sun. No judgement here, we all have something to learn and share with each other!

We are a diverse group of active duty, veterans, and military family members who share a common interest in real estate investing. Our goal is to leverage our unique experiences and backgrounds to build wealth and financial independence through real estate. There will be no formal schedule or structure to our events, just like-minded individuals connecting, learning and growing. See you in the sand!

Meetups will happen 3rd Saturday of each month. We will be meeting on the beach north of the Oceanside Pier. We will have a tent set up just west of Neptune Way, directly across from the stairs on the beach. Right of lifeguard stand #6. 33.19854° N, 117.38807° W.
