We're getting back to our regular time. Let's meet up at 8:50 AM to stretch by the entrance to the Muth Interpretive Center park, across from YMCA and leave at 9:00 AM sharp.
We typically have 2 groups running:
1. An Intermediate group that does 4-7 miles at a 9-10 min/mile pace
2. An Intermediate/Fast group that does 7-10 miles at a 8-9 min/mile pace
