Ohio Virtual Men's Group: A Safe Space for Connection & Growth
Speak Your Mind was founded by Mario Spano, whose personal struggles with isolation and mental health led him to seek deeper connection and support. What started as his own journey has grown into a nonprofit dedicated to fostering brotherhood and sponsoring men’s groups across the U.S.
We provide a laid-back, judgment-free space where men can show up authentically, connect, and uplift one another through life’s challenges. Each session is unique and may include conversation, meditation, movement, or simply being present in community.
You are not alone. Seeking support is a sign of strength, and together, we rise.

All groups are donation-based, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds, but donations are integral to us growing SYM and offering more of these groups for others.

Join us every other Tuesday at 6pm EST for some grounding, connection and support from good brothers like you! We will start more outdoor groups in the spring once the weather warms up.

This group was created from one man's mental health struggles within isolation. Now, we are here to hold space for other men who may need a friend, some movement, and a brotherhood community where we can all lift each other up as we pursue fulfilling lives. We are stronger together, and it is okay to seek support and connection along this difficult journey of life!
