Om House is a uniquely beautiful space that hosts a variety of events centered around healing, personal growth, and authentic connection. Experience a candlelit sound bath on a fur-covered floor bed with one of Portland’s finest sound healing musicians. Join group discussions on philosophy and spirituality at The No Book Club. Take part in communication workshops or join a somatic grief circle.
Our offerings continue to evolve—Om House is a place to grow, to heal, and to connect honestly and wholeheartedly with yourself and others.

Nourish your overall well-being through the integration of movement, breath, and attention. Our time together will include some gentle stretches, a few simple Qigong (chee kung) forms to get our energy flowing, and a powerful Standing Meditation. Qigong is self-empowering and is also one of the world's oldest and most complete systems of healing. Start your day by tapping into the energy of Nature, moving together in harmony and sending that out into the World. We find balance between the powerful forces of the Earth/Yin and the Cosmos/Yang. As the body unlearns inefficient tension of years, we discover a more natural, easy strength and flow more effectively in the world. You will take away skills for developing a home practice to center and ground your energy. Ideal for recovery from illness or injury.
$15/class drop in or $75 for the six-week series. Held Rain (indoors) or Shine (in the private yard) Dress in comfortable layers. You are invited to be in bare feet for the added benefit of Earthing, as we counteract our exposure to EMFs.
