Please bring the following info (you don’t have to share this) - list down ALL your recurring monthly expenses - bills, rent, mortgage, etc.

ITEMIZE or list them ALL! - list down your monthly take home pay - list down all your assets and their balances - savings, checking, investments, retirement, house (value) - list down all your debts (credit card debts, mortgage balance, student loan debts) - list the balance, interest rate and term if applicable. -

Bring pen and paper. We will all create a budget together.

We’ll talk about the challenges and anything that comes up with building a budget and managing your finances.

About me: My name is Christine Teh from Teh Financial Coaching, I’ve been a financial coach since 2016 and I love helping people get their finances together.

I just want to host this to try to help more people get their finances in order. It will become a regular event depending on the interests. :)

We could all benefit from the knowledge you gained in your reading.

Each Person will be given time to share the wisdom gained from the information studied.

Members will then be able to ask questions and discuss further.
