OCC Creativity Group

Come be inspired to greater creativity in the OCC Creativity Group!

We meet monthly to share where we find creativity in our lives, both artistic and otherwise… and do some exercises inspired by The Artist's Way. All are welcome, even if you have not attended previous meetings!

No one must share, but the idea is to talk about how we have been creative in the past month, hopefully finding inspiration from others and supportive feedback.

For instance, you might be:

• writing a piece of fiction, or memoir, or perhaps a bit of non-fiction that really gets you going
• designing that new deck or how the bathroom tiles should be placed
• working on an intention of being more social, so some party planning or finding fun events is your creative outlet
• learning a new style of painting or finding yourself inspired by some new art supplies
• Rethinking your daily habits to leave more time for whatever comes up and inspires you, etc.

There are so many ways to be creative, and sharing them can be inspirational! You will also be invited to state your intentions for the coming month.

We will have about an hour, with the time divided so that each person has the same time for sharing, some time for supportive responses, and a few moments to plan the next session.
