オープンフロアは心と体をつなげるプラクティスです。ストレスやトラウマ、心と体に蓄積された緊張をダンスを通じて解放し豊かで健康的な人生を送れるようサポートします。ただ体を動かし音楽や心理学的アプローチと共に、感情や精神的な部分にも触れます。孤独感から自分の居場所を探っていくプロセスです。一人で静かに踊り、時に仲間と一緒に踊ることで内側に深く繋がります。動くことで内なる知恵を引出し自己回復の力を高めます。身体を通じた癒しがウェルビーイングに欠かせないものなのです。季節の移ろいを、身体を通して体験する連続クラス。
単発参加も歓迎ですし、巡りの中で体験することで、より深いEmbodimentが育ちます。共に踊り自由で健康的な日々を取り戻しましょう♪

A time to return to the body.
Moving quietly with music, we reconnect with our inner world.
An Open Floor conscious dance class where we explore movement in rhythm with the changing seasons.
Beginning with simple movement and gradually allowing it to become dance, we gently release stress, trauma, and the tensions held in body and mind, supporting a return to a richer and more balanced way of living.
This is not only about moving the body.
Through music and psychologically informed approaches, we also touch the emotional and inner landscape.
There are moments of quietly dancing alone, and moments of sharing the space with others.
Both are part of a process of connecting more deeply with ourselves.
Through movement, we come into contact with the wisdom held in the body and remember the natural capacity for self-healing that already lives within us.
Healing through the body is an essential part of wellbeing.
In this class, we move with the theme of the changing seasons, sensing both nature’s rhythm and the shifts within our own bodies.
The budding of spring,
the expansion of summer,
the harvest of autumn,
the stillness of winter.
As the seasons turn, our bodies continue to change and evolve as well.
You are welcome to join a single class, and experiencing the cycle of the seasons over time can also nurture a deeper sense of embodiment — the feeling of truly living in and through the body.
