OpenOakland - Civic Tech for the Community

Join us for the OpenOakland meetup. This event will bring together professionals, enthusiasts, and experts passionate about utilizing data to drive positive change in Oakland.

This month will discuss the City Accountability Dashboard project that was proposed at CityCamp. This project will explore how we can align the objectives of City government with goals and track progress to goals in a way that is transparent: e.g. a Dashboard.

We will also give updates to our current projects, introduce them to new attendees as necessary, network with others interested in civic tech, provide an opportunity to give back to the community, get experience for your resume or portfolio, and learn.
