Meet at noon for warm-up and breathing. Then hit the river.

This event is for people of all levels. Nobody will get hypothermia from a quick dip. If you're crazy enough to stay in for 10 minutes... Have at it.

Personally,I like to go for a couple of minutes depending how I'm feeling that day.

Bring swimming clothes and runners for the warm-up. Pin location is for free parking. We meet between the community centre building and the beach.
