This is a Circle Route with 48.1 km paved roads and bike ways and 8.8 km hard-packed trails. The route follows the Freeway Trail along the Brunette River past Hume Park and Queens Park to the New West Quay where we stop for coffee. We then follow the BC Parkway Trail past Central Park to John Hendry Park where we stop for lunch, After lunch we follow the Central Valley Greenway (CVG) Trail to the south False Creek Seawall, cross the Burrard Street Bridge and follow the north False Creek Seawall to Science World then follow Adanac, Union and Lakewood and the CVG back to Burnaby Lake.Difficulty: Moderate if you have been biking regularly. There are two long hills.

This is a modified circle route with 34.7 km on paved and 26.1 km on hard-packed trails. From our start point, we head east across Pitt Meadows to Maple Ridge then north along 216 St. to the North Alouette River Trail and onto Neaves Rd. We continue north on Neaves to Rannie Rd. and onto the Pitt Lake Dike where we stop for lunch, Our return takes us back south along Rannie and Neaves, west on McNeil Rd. and north on Harris Road to the Pitt River Dyke which we follow back to Bonson Road and our start point.
Difficulty: Moderate for distance, very little elevation gain.
Distance: 60.4 km.
Expected Duration: 5 - 5.5 hr

This is a loop ride with 42.1 km paved and 9.3 km hard packed trails. The route heads east along Burnaby Lake then north past Burnaby Mountain Golf Course before turning west and heading along Coal Harbour thru Chinatown to Lost Lagoon. Our return heads south and east along English Bay, along the north side of False Creek, past Science World and up Ontario to 10th Ave. We follow 10th onto the CVG and back to Burnaby Lake.
Difficulty: Moderate if you have been biking regularly.

This is a there-and-back ride. We will catch the 9 a.m. ferry to Swartz Bay and take the Lochside and Galloping Goose Bikeways into Victoria. We will loop around Beacon Hill Park, Craigdarroch Castle and U Vic. then return via the same route we came in on. Our "hope" is to catch the 5 p.m. ferry home.

This is a loop ride with 51 km paved bikeways and roads and 3.1 km hard packed trial. The route follows the Fraser Foreshore Trail, 59th Ave and Arbutus bikeways to and over the Burrard St. Bridge. We next follow the Seawall around False Creek to Granville Island where we stop for lunch. After lunch we follow Heather St, 37th Ave and 45th Ave to Central Park then McKay Ave and Victory St onto the BC Parkway and Southridge Urban Trail back to the start point.
