What we’re about

Own Your Voice: Women is a group for any woman who is interested in taking ownership of their voice to feel more confident in their life.

If you are looking for a safe place to be seen, heard, and supported by like-minded women, while at the same time building the practical skills, tools, and strategies you need to show up fully for yourself and those around you, then this group is for you.

  • Navigating negative feelings such as shame, guilt or anger
  • Emotional awareness and management
  • Minimizing self-doubt and building self-trust and self-acceptance
  • People pleasing
  • Releasing guilt and shame
  • Vocal technique for a powerful voice
  • How to frame, begin and follow through on a difficult conversation
  • Asking and receiving
  • Trusting your intuition
  • Active listening
