Street Photography - Pride Parade

Details

Whether you love street photography, vibrant candid portraits, or documenting bold movement and expression, the Pride Parade photo walk is full of opportunities.

We’ll gather at 9:30am just outside the busy route, at the Dark Horse Coffee Roasters right next to the Trust restaurant. This location keeps us close to the parade route without getting caught in early congestion hopefully. We’ll leave there around 9:45am and we’ll walk a few blocks into the Hillcrest parade route and find good vantage points.

What to Bring:
Bring your favorite street photography gear and good walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, etc. A fixed 35 or 50mm lens or a medium zoom would work well. Long telephotos can also work well for this event.

Parking at the event: Side street parking may be available, but keep in mind this event draws over 300,000 participants, and parking will be very challenging. This link takes you to information about transportation options.

By submitting a YES RSVP and participating in any PPS event, you agree that PPS, Organizers, and Event Hosts are NOT responsible for your safety or for any injury or damage to your person or your property, or that of your guest(s).
