What we're about

Meet local Pagans, Wiccans, Witches, Druids, and other practitioners of Pagan spirituality and religion! Come to a Pagans Meetup to make friends, share lore, and exchange tips about Nature-centered spiritual practice, herbs, Witchcraft, and magic. Are you curious about these topics, but not sure if any of these paths are for you? Come chat--maybe you'll find out. To all who come in sincere good will, whether for fellowship, knowledge, or spiritual quest: Blessed Be!

SBC Beltane 2019 Ritual

Hellyer County Park Access

San Juan Bautista Picnic Area, Hellyer County Park 985 Hellyer Avenue, San Jose, CA (Use the Velodrome entrance, We’re the first picnic area on the left) Celebrate the joys of being in nature and in our community, weaving that energy back into our lives. Dress comfortably and bring a chair or blanket if you will need to sit during ritual. Please bring a dish to share for the potluck and suggested donation $10-$20 (no one turned away for lack of funds). The park has a $6 parking fee, so carpooling is encouraged. Guidelines for Potluck: Please bring food that is ready to serve. If possible, please label your food so those with food restrictions will know what’s in it. Bring something you like and will want, that way you are guaranteed to like something. Most of our potlucks are meals (unless the invite says otherwise) so main dishes, salads, side dishes, desserts, beverages to share are all welcome. Ritual Etiquette: Be polite, friendly, and considerate of others. Use common sense. Ask the owner before touching items (drums, altar item, jewelry, etc.) Stop chatting and turn off your phone when the ritual is about to start. Rituals are participatory, so please join in when asked. A cast circle is a sacred space so don’t be disruptive. Assist in the post-event clean-up – please take care of your own trash. Be discreet if you run into people elsewhere, not all Pagans are public about it. The requested donations are used to pay for our insurance and site rental fees. No one will be turned away for lack of funds, but these contributions are essential to our continued existence.

Witches' Tea!

Location visible to members

$1.00

Let's get together for another Witches' Tea Party! The previous ones were great fun, so we're doing it again. Witches, Pagans, Magicians, Asatruarfolk, all ye fine and fun folk, wend your way to this nice little coffeehouse in Midtown Palo Alto. They have an assortment of tasty teas and coffees, plus yummy sandwiches and plenty of pastries. We'll take a little breather and enjoy the company of our fellow walkers of the path of the independent spirit. Relax in the company of those who won't think you're weird for talking with the land-wights or listening to the voice of the Goddess on the breeze! Feel free to wear your Witchy finery or fancy-wear (but keep'em street-legal, please)! $1 contribution toward this website requested (not required). See you there, and Blessed Be! Valerie Organizer

Ducklings Lunch

Hobee's

The Ducklings Lunch Bunch is a group of Pagan friends who have lunch together every Tuesday. We welcome newcomers! We talk about all sorts of stuff. Got questions? Please ask: we will answer as best we know how. And if we don't know, we'll probably have some discussion about the possible answers. Our members are active with the local Pagan community and if you're looking for a coven or other group, we can help you get connected. We meet every Tuesday, except for the rare day when Hobee's isn't open, such as December 25. We usually have the back room to ourselves. We have a rubber duck prominently displayed so that you can find us! We look forward to meeting you. Blessed Be!
