2 and a bit Edges

Nice walk about 11.6 milesish and 2000 feet of ascent. We will walk at a slow/steady pace that suits all the group.
Meet outside public toilets at Heatherdene car park which is a pay and display car park. There is free parking nearby. Heading away from Bamford the free parking is on your left on the A6103 near Heatherdene car park. The map I have posted takes you to Heatherdene car park as that is the meeting point.
We will walk along Bamford edge taking our time to explore. Next stop Stanage edge. We will have a look around on both the main path on top of the edge and the climbers path below it. Maybe with a detour to Robin Hoods cave for a cuppa. Final stop a bit of derwent edge before heading back to our cars.
Meet 9.15 for 9.30 start. We will not wait for anyone who is late. Well behaved dogs welcome. Must be kept on lead around livestock. Should be back at cars by 3.30 - 4 pm.
