Hope , Castleton , Cave Dale, Mam Tor, the great ridge , Losehill 9.5 miles😁

Join me on this breathtaking scenic challenging hike , in the heart of the Peaks , we will meet in hope on Castleton Road at the pay & display next to the Woodruffe Arms S33 6SB 10 o'clock & starting the walk at 10.15 you can either park in the pay & display or find roadside parking. From Hope we will walk over the fields to Castleton , before hiking up Cavedale & onto Mam Tor , the great ridge & Losehill, before returning back to Hope ,9.5 miles 1719 feet of elevation , strenuous walk quite challenging so a decent level of fitness & mobility is required, we will be taking our time with the route so that allows everyone to engage with each other as well as looking after our well being , my walks are all about being in tune with our mental health as well as sharing a like-minded interest of the great outdoors.
