NEW Shropshire Hills 30k+ Challenge Walk

Our 30k+ challenge walks have gone brilliantly to date so here is another BRAND NEW route. Medals to treasure and certificates for successful completion.

In September we are heading to 14th Century Wilderhope Manor for one of our famed weekends away and amongst our selection of walk options for the weekend attendees we have included a Challenge Walk as we often do. On this occasion the weekend event sold out almost instantly so we are also offering the Challenge Walk as a day event for anyone else who wants to take part but hasn't got onto the weekend event.

Please note we do not have any accommodation left.

A gpx track and printed route will be available to participants so you will have the option of walking with a group or going it alone if you want to get a particularly challenging finish time or maybe even take it easy.

A backup vehicle will be available at strategic points with additional water and snacks. We can also look after someone who has decided they have had enough.

Our route starts and finishes at Wilderhorpe Manor itself and we shall sort out parking arrangements and lift sharing a little nearer the time.

If booked on the weekend you do not need to sign up again for the Challenge Walk this is only for those NOT currently taking part in the weekend.

This is clearly not for the faint hearted but all are welcome.

Do bring plenty of snacks and drinks and a lunch packup as it is likely to be a long day. We will meet everyone on the route with fluid topups and snacks.

Dogs are NOT allowed on our Challenge Walks.

Lift sharing is strongly encouraged, just leave a message below if offering or asking for a lift.
