Cromford, Matlock Bath, Riber, Bow wood , Lea wood 9 mile walk

Join me on this fantastic challenging walk in the heart of the great Derbyshire Countryside , we will meet up at 10 o'clock with a view to start the walk at 10.15 nearest postcode DE4 3RQ Cromford wharf p&d or free on road parking if available , from Cromford we will walk to Matlock Bath & Abraham's heights before we climb up to Riber , from here we will walk through bow wood & Lea wood before arriving on Cromford canal were will take a walk along the Beautiful canal , optional for pub stop at the end of the walk at the boathouse pub in Cromford, this is a challenging hike with lots of uphill climbs so a decent level of fitness & mobility is needed , we'll be taking our time with the walk it won't be a competition, my walks are about engaging with one another & supporting each others well being & enjoying each others company in the great outdoors , see you all there folks 😊
