A practitioner-led group with the desire to increase the use and understanding of HR analytics in Munich-based businesses. We are planning to arrange a series of events where HR leaders and those interested in making better empirically-based workforce decisions can meet, hear from great speakers, share their own experience and get answers to help promote data-driven decisions in their organizations.
