About us
Welcome to the Personal Development & Inner Freedom Community—a quiet, welcoming space for thoughtful individuals, seekers, and growth-minded souls navigating life’s changes, emotional transitions, and inner evolution.
In this fast-paced, noisy world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from what truly matters. This community exists to offer a breath of fresh air: a supportive virtual circle where we slow down, reflect deeply, and cultivate practical emotional resilience through guided discussions, inner reflection, and grounded self-discovery.

Inner Freedom: Guided Meditation & Self-Compassion
·OnlineOnlineJoin us for a gentle guided meditation as we explore the theme of self-compassion this week.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
Through guided meditation, we can begin to reshape our unconscious patterns, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and open up new ways of seeing ourselves and the world around us. Over time, this practice can help us meet life's challenges with greater clarity, self-trust, and confidence.
About the facilitator:
My name is Rong Zhao, and I am a speaker, author, and holistic coach dedicated to bridging the worlds of psychology and Eastern philosophy to facilitate deep mind-body-spiritual healing. My work is grounded in both rigorous modern practice and ancient traditions. As a certified NLP Master Practitioner and certified Hypnotherapist, I utilize deep psychological tools to help individuals reframe their inner worlds. Complementing this, my foundation is deeply rooted in the timeless Eastern wisdom of Buddhism and Taoism, allowing me to bring a sense of natural flow, stillness, and clarity to modern challenges.
Beyond the page, I regularly host transformative workshops and have had the privilege of speaking on stages to audiences of hundreds, sharing practical insights to help individuals navigating hard times with ease and grace.
