Paul and Joel Hynek’s are the sons of legendary J. Allen Hynek, Astronomer known for Project Bluebook and Close Encounters of the Third Kind, amongst many other achievements. Paul’s passions are UFOs, Bitcoin & DMT and he explains how the three are related. Joel is a 2-time Academy Award winner for Special Effects and the mastermind behind the famous Bullet Time sequence in The Matrix, where the bullet is suspended in time and space. Joel and Paul’s Special Effects include scenes from blockbuster movies such as Avatar, Lord of the Rings, Predator, and The Matrix. We may get a private glimpse into their lives, growing up Hynek, through private family photos of their childhood (the boys like to build explosive things in the backyard). We may hear behind-the-scenes stories of the making of the TV Show Project Bluebook and Close Encounters of the Third Kind and see a very young Steven Spielberg hanging out with Paul & Joel’s dad on set.
