This is a PAID event. Participation Fee: $10, (+ $10 for mat rental). You are encouraged to bring your own mat.
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Under the full moon, we would like to invite you to join us for a 60 minute invigorating Pilates flow, in the surrounds of plants and nature. Let’s return to mindfulness as we bring attention to our breath and body, while flowing through each movement, celebrating the end of the moon cycle.
Bring yourselves, your plus one, or your friends—everyone is invited, this session is suited to meet everyone of all fitness levels.
