Coliving = friends sharing a home.
Cohousing = friendly neighbors living in the same intentional community, whether that's a neighborhood of homes, a collection of condos, or a high-rise.
If you're old enough to remember the TV show "Golden Girls," then you know what we're talking about when we say "coliving." Friends who share a home typically can LIVE BETTER for less, as the expenses of owning or renting are shared. Cohousing also offers many other benefits for people who find the idea of living alone as they grow older a bit daunting.
