What we're about

> Peña Pachamama is one of the few plant based restaurants in the City of San Francisco that serves raw living dinners and desserts and cooked vegan dishes using organic produce and only extra virgin olive oil and organic coconut oil.
> For over 25 years Peña Pachamama has been a gathering place for great world music and dance. The diversity of creative arts are what makes San Francisco unique.
> Peña Pachamama is in danger of losing this location which was built in 1911, housed one of San Francisco’s most important speakeasies and became one of the most famous restaurants in the city where Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe had their wedding dinner. The Kennedys, Babe Ruth, Rocky Marciano, Gary Cooper, Dean Martin, Clark Gable and Carole Lombard were frequent guests. Losing Peña Pachamama would be the loss of a unique magical musical art space in our City.
> Help us to convince the City of San Francisco to designate Peña Pachamama as a Legacy Business. Robin Williams on stage in Peña Pachamama said "This place is amazing . . . this is the kind of place that would make even the Amish dance"
