Initiez-vous à la planche à pagaie à Lachine avec des moniteurs.trices certifié.es de Plein air interculturel! Apprenez les coups de pagaie de base et baladez-vous en bonne compagnie ! Avant l’initiation, il y aura un pique-nique et une rencontre interculturelle.
L’initiation à la planche à pagaie se pratique en solo.

Quand? Vendredi 11 juillet de 12h15 à 15h30 (incluant l’initiation et le pique-nique)

Inclus : planche, pagaie et veste de flottaison; l’instruction, une adhésion temporaire d'une journée à l'Association récréative Milton-Parc et à la fédération Eau Vive Québec. Il y aura une toilette chimique à proximité.

Quoi apporter : costume de bain, chapeau, crème solaire écologique, lunettes de soleil avec petite corde pour ne pas les perdre dans l’eau, serviette, carte d’assurance maladie. S’il fait frais, veuillez apporter un coupe-vent, combinaison en néoprène, chandail en synthétique ou en laine mérinos. Pour le pique-nique, veuillez apporter votre lunch et de l’eau. Veuillez nous aviser au moins 2 jours ouvrables complets avant le début de l’activité de toute annulation, afin de qualifier pour un remboursement. Votre participation est importante! Les enfants de moins de 18 ans doivent être accompagnés par un adulte sur l'eau.

Learn stand-up paddleboarding along the Lachine Canal, with certified instructors from Plein air interculturel! Learn basic paddle strokes while meeting other paddlers! Before the lesson, there will be an intercultural picnic.
This is a solo activity (one person per board).

When? Friday July 11th from 12:15 am until 3:30 pm (including the lesson and the picnic).
Where? In Lachine, near the entrance to Parc René-Levesque. Meet in front of the ice cream shop here https://maps.app.goo.gl/AkfRkWjAxhvyscSF8 .
Rate: $5 + tax *This deposit will be fully refunded if you are present on the day of the activity.

Included: a paddleboard, paddle and personal flotation device, instruction, and a one-day temporary membership to the Association récréative Milton-Parc as well as to Eau Vive Québec (the day of the activity).

Please bring: bathing suit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses attached with a string, a towel, health insurance card. If it’s cool, please wear merino wool or synthetic layers, or a wetsuit or windbreaker. For the picnic, please bring your lunch and some water. There will be a chemical toilet nearby. Let us know at least 2 full business days before the start of the activity of any cancellations or modifications in order to qualify for a reimbursement. Your participation is very important! Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on the water. Bathrooms: There is a port-a-potty (chemical toilet) nearby.
