Explorez avec nous comment nous concevons le monde et envisageons des moyens de décoloniser nos esprits et nos comportements.Au cours de cette promenade, nous discuterons des structures coloniales qui ont historiquement favorisé certain·e·s individu·e·s tout en en désavantageant d’autres, et examinerons les diverses façons dont nous interagissons avec la nature. En combinant discussions guidées, activités ludiques et visites de points d’intérêt, nous plongerons dans ces thèmes pour offrir une expérience enrichissante et introspective.

- Nicolas Pena Parra, éducateur environnemental engagé dans la promotion des connaissances et de la justice sociale dans les domaines du plein air et de l’environnement.

Découvrez les splendides parcs-nature de Montréal à travers cette initiative unique. Notre première escapade sera au Parc-nature de l’Île-de-la-Visitation. Ce lieu fascinant allie une nature verdoyante à des trésors historiques tels qu’un ancien moulin. Laissez-vous séduire, le temps d’une randonnée, par de superbes panoramas sur la rivière des Prairies, incluant un barrage et des rapides.

Intercultural Hike at Île-de-la-Visitation Nature ParkJoin us for an exceptional intercultural hike at Île-de-la-Visitation Nature Park, offered free of charge in partnership with the City of Montreal.
To register: Click hereDiscover the splendid nature parks of Montreal through this unique initiative. Our first outing will be at Île-de-la-Visitation Nature Park. This fascinating location combines lush greenery with historical treasures such as an old mill. Let yourself be enchanted, during a hike, by stunning panoramas of the Rivière des Prairies, including a dam and rapids.
The hike will include guidance, language exchanges, and discussions on the site and its heritage.
