Are you just learning about EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques? Or are you an experienced tapper? Either way, please join us as we release the old programming and beliefs that keep us stuck in our past; experiencing the old hurts, physical, emotional and spiritual over and over. Keeping us from moving forward to more freedom, health, success and happiness. More calm, health and ease.
Join us every month on the 4th Thursday of the month, 5 PM Pacific time, (USA). Initial meeting will take place on February 22, 2024.
Being happier doesn't just happen. Our brains do have a negativity bias. This was once a good thing because it caused us to be more aware of things that would harm or kill us. But we can build in a positivity bias. That's what the Habits of Happiness is all about.
Being happy is a bit frowned on in our culture. Like it's not quite important, or it's a frivolous pursuit. But secretly that's what we all really want. And science shows that not only is it a desirable end goal, it is the engine that drives all the positive changes we aspire to. It's the path rather than the end result. It's important enough that it was enshrined in the country's founding documents, "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."!
EFT and my core course, the Habits of Happiness, address two of these principles. Liberty, or freedom with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and developing the habits that will help you generate and maintain a happier, healthier, more successful life. Putting the negative mind at ease and creating a light filled path through your life.
In this group we'll Tap together, which is a powerful and safe way to explore and release what is holding you back. We'll also practice together the habits that will move you into a happier frame of mind and body chemistry. Yep, happiness is a neuro-chemical state of mind!
And you can build it with the tools of EFT and the Habits of Happiness. Please join us, we look forward to seeing you!

Taking our troubles too seriously actually helps keep them cemented into place. When we approach our own difficulties with an attitude of curiosity it really opens the door for change. At some point we've done enough tapping and tapped with enough other people to realize we all share the same problems.
- Tapping is a gentle and powerful set of techniques. Tapping helps us clear away and release old troubling thoughts and heavy emotions. It helps us deal with discomforts physical, emotional, and mental. And, we'll learn and practice habits that help us build a 'positivity bias' in our nervous system. Bring some water, and a pad of paper to record any "ah ha"s you might have. Bring any questions or issues you'd like to tap on. Some openness and curiosity are always good things to bring along. Bring whatever makes you feel relaxed and at ease.
Penny has been tapping personally for close to 15 years, and has been a Certified EFT Practitioner since 2016. As a massage therapist she saw that some physical issues wouldn't resolve and realized that they were based in 'emotional armoring'. When she discovered EFT she knew she had found the tool both for her own healing and to help her clients finally get relief.
Over the years she also realized that tapping out the negativity was only half the equation. Actively training the brain and nervous system to release it's negativity bias and build a bias towards happiness created a powerful, reliable, and ready engine for change. That happiness is the path not only the goal. That there is no point when we've stressed enough, done enough, bought enough or pleased others enough to be happy.
Happiness has always been an "inside job" And far from waiting for it to to be bestowed on us, it's up to us to generate it for ourselves. It's grace, but it's grace we give ourselves.
