Most of you may know Joshua as one of Singapore's youngest most successful Director in the finance industry, who is regularly featured in The Straits Times for his achievements. He started his career in July 2013 and during the short span of 3.5 years he was promoted to a Director at the age of 26.
Joshua uses unique unorthodox methods for his training programs to equipped his associates with relevant real world financial strategies to value add to both B2B & B2C clients. His specializes in combining both practical applications of book-knowledge with street-smart strategies & is currently leading a group of like-minded individuals that crave success.

A little background about myself - like you, I was hungry for success, I didn't want to just be an ordinary employee that clocks in 9 to 5, job hop around, work till retirement age. I want my employers to know that I can be an asset to their company and be rewarded accordingly. That was when I realized I had to find a place that accelerates my personal growth, a place that pushes me to my limits every single day. A place where my hard-work & effort will be acknowledged & recognized.
I am someone who believes that AGE does not defines a person's salary & rank in a company. The average age of my entire organization is 27 years old; and yet, I have already personally groomed & mentored many managers / directors personally over the past years & they are leading their own units right now. I believe one of the reasons why the organization is able to grow and run fast is because culture & environment is important to me - I hate politics & we can't afford dead weight pulling us back, the fight is out there & not within the group.
