What is an Embodiment Practice?
An embodiment practice is any intentional activity that helps you connect more deeply with the sensations, wisdom, and emotions held in your body. Instead of just thinking about how you feel or what you want, embodiment practices invite you to feel it—right here, right now, through the body.
*This is not a yoga class or workout class. - Embodying Mama Gaia: A Journey into Creation and ManifestationNeeds location
Mama Gaia is the great mother—earthy, wise, endlessly creative. She teaches us that all creation takes time, care, nourishment, and rest. We’ll drop into her rhythm and awaken the part of us that knows how to plant seeds, tend them, and trust the unfolding.
Through grounded movement, breath, and deep presence, we’ll explore the energies of fertility, creation, and manifestation—not just as ideas, but as felt experiences in the body. Whether you're calling in a project, a vision, or simply reconnecting to your creative power, this is your space to soften, receive, and root.
🌿 What to Expect:- Grounding practices to connect with the earth and your body’s wisdom
- Heart meditation to bring you in touch with want you heart wants to birth or create
- Clarity and seeding exercise to bring our heart’s desire into reality
- Embodiment exercises to release urgency and invite spaciousness
- A closing ritual to honor the resourcefulness and patience of Mama Gaia
This class welcomes all forms of creativity—art, business, family, healing, reinvention. Come as you are. Wear something earthy, flowing, or simply comfortable. You’ll leave with a deeper trust in your timing, your body, and the natural wisdom of becoming.
