About us

The number of people searching for a more fulfilling life is steadily growing, as psychological well-being is a key factor in both health and thriving. Yet, those who seek support often face limited options – usually talking to a therapist, a friend, or a relative. Unfortunately, when problems are closely tied to loved ones, these sources of help may be unavailable or even counterproductive.

This meetup is for everyone interested in practical psychology and everyday mental well-being. Together, we will share experiences, exchange insights, and explore strategies that support a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.

I also work with a novel approach called Mindshift, which looks at human well-being from an evolutionary perspective and at subconscious level, and I will be happy to share insights and tools from this method during our discussions.
