About us
Are you a working professional who wants to become more self-confident?
Being self-assured will make it easier to:
❇️ ask for a promotion
❇️ contradict your boss
❇️ talk in front of a group
❇️ confront someone regarding a controversial subject
❇️ say no
❇️ organize an event
❇️ lead a team
❇️ work on huge risk projects
Thankfully, self-confidence is a SKILL that you can develop.
But you don't develop that skill by reading about it or watching Tony Robbins. You've got to DO self-confidence. By diving into those situations that scare you, adopting the proper mindset, and having your own back.
Here's how we'll do it:
❇️ I'll briefly teach a concept about self-confidence
❇️ We'll each share our scary situations that require self-confidence***
❇️ I'll coach you to train your mindset for optimal success
❇️ We'll cheer each other on, hold each other accountable, and celebrate our successes
***If you don't have any scary situations, don't worry, we'll come one up for you or do a group dare.

From Procrastination to Action: Make Starting Easier
·OnlineOnlineHave you ever put something off for days—or even weeks—only to discover that actually doing it wasn't nearly as difficult as you'd imagined?
Maybe it's an overdue email, a project you've been avoiding, or something you keep telling yourself you'll get to tomorrow.
Meanwhile, it's taking up space in your head. You think about it, worry about it, and wonder why you can't seem to get yourself moving.
What if you could learn to make taking action easier—and more predictable?
In this 25-minute interactive mini-workshop, Ken's The Practice Ground podcast co-host, Kari Watterson, will introduce a practical approach to understanding and redesigning procrastination habits using James Clear's four-stage habit loop from Atomic Habits.
You'll learn how to:
- Recognize what may be reinforcing your procrastination habit—even when you genuinely want to get something done.
- Identify the first useful action that would actually move your task forward.
- Design a simple, repeatable sequence that makes taking action easier to begin—and easier to practice again.
And we won't just talk about taking action.
We'll practice it.
Bring one specific thing you've been putting off. You'll use it during the workshop to explore your current pattern, design a different response, and, where possible, take a small but meaningful step toward getting it done.
You'll also be introduced to a simple Habit Observation Log to help you notice what's working, learn from your experience, and make your next repetition easier.
The goal isn't to become someone who never procrastinates.
It's to begin developing the capability to take meaningful action reliably—even when you don't feel particularly motivated.
No previous knowledge of habit formation is needed. Just bring something you'd like to move forward and a willingness to experiment.
