Practice Yoga (For Beginners)

I invite you to a small group hatha yoga class that is suitable for yoga beginners and newcomers. The class is usually a small group of usually not more than 5 pax. Enjoy practising yoga outdoors!

This session is on a pay-as-you-wish basis.

Session will include breathing and loosening exercises to prepare you for the asanas (poses), and we will end with relaxation and pranayamas.

Things to bring
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Small towel
- Optional mosquito repellent
- An open mind

Meeting point. at PAssion Wave Jurong Lake Gardens. Level 1 where the canoes/kayaks are.

Pay-as-you-wish. I request a fee of any amount at the end of the session via paynow (I will provide details) or in cash. I hope the class will be an opportunity for those new to yoga or have trouble paying for a regular class, to try out yoga. I will greatly appreciate a fee of any amount. Thank you!

Once you RSVP, your place is confirmed. I will usually send you an individual message to confirm your attendance at least a day before.

Private yoga class/therapy
If you will like private individual/group classes or yoga therapy (e.g. for weight loss, back pain, knee pain, constipation, migraine, insomnia, anxiety etc) at your convenient time, fees apply - do chat with me!

Note: In case of rain or otherwise, the session shall be cancelled and not proceed. I will try my best to inform you of such cancellation via meetup at least 45 minutes before the session. I appreciate your understanding on this.

This session is SGD18/pax. Meetup does not have the option for SGD, so the fee reflected is in USD. If you would like to pay in SGD, pls PM for Paynow info. Payment has to be received 5pm the day before.

- Small towel
- Optional ground sheet/picnic mat or large garbage bag. We usually practise on the grass. If you might be uncomfortable laying your yoga mat over the grass (which tends to be damp), do bring something to lay your mat over.
- Optional mosquito repellent

Meeting point. We'll meet at the open lawn where the Bougainvilleas and Bamboo collection is. See the featured photo. Look out for my yellow bag.

• If you are coming from the Botanic Gardens MRT Exit A (circle line), enter the gate then walk through Trellis Garden. Take the middle path. Turn right once exiting Trellis Garden. Look out for the bamboo trees. Then walk on the stone path. You should see the open lawn with bougainvilleas.
• If driving, the nearest carpark is near Melati Gate.
