Practice Yoga (For Beginners)

I invite you to a small group hatha yoga class that is suitable for beginners and newcomers. Enjoy an outdoor yoga class at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Tune into nature as we practise yoga.

This session is SGD18/pax. Meetup does not have the option for SGD, so the fee reflected is in USD. If you would like to pay in SGD, pls PM for Paynow info. Payment has to be received 12 hours before the start of the class to confirm your place.

Session will include breathing for grounding, loosening exercises to prepare you for the asanas (poses), and we will end with relaxation and pranayamas (breathing exercises).

Things to bring
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Small towel
- Optional ground sheet/picnic mat or large garbage bag. We usually practise on the grass. If you might be uncomfortable laying your yoga mat over the grass (which tends to be damp), do bring something to lay your mat over.
- Optional mosquito repellent

Meeting point. We'll meet at the open lawn where the Bougainvilleas and Bamboo collection is. See the featured photo. Look out for my yellow bag.

• If you are coming from the Botanic Gardens MRT Exit A (circle line), enter the gate then walk through Trellis Garden. Take the middle path. Turn right once exiting Trellis Garden. Look out for the bamboo trees. Then walk on the stone path. You should see the open lawn with bougainvilleas.
• If driving, the nearest carpark is near Melati Gate.

If you will like private individual/group classes or yoga therapy (e.g. for weight loss, back pain, knee pain, constipation, migraine, insomnia, anxiety etc) at your convenient time, fees apply - pls do chat with me!

Note: In case of rain or otherwise, the session shall be cancelled and not proceed. I will try my best to inform you of such cancellation via meetup at least 45 minutes before the session. I appreciate your understanding on this. You will receive a refund is the class is cancelled due to weather or otherwise.

No refunds will be made if you are unable to attend the class at the last minute.
