We're a small community, with a very challenging (and often differing), role and we can all help other create amazing products.

In this talk, Ellen Loeshelle will share lessons from her own product leadership journey, including leading through an acquisition, managing and developing people in product, and navigating the ways that major life experiences can shape a career.
We’ll explore how relationships and personal experiences influence our ability to lead, collaborate, make decisions, and build sustainable careers in product. Whether you’re just starting out in product, exploring a career in PM, or are an experienced product leader, come hear real stories and practical lessons from Ellen’s journey.
Speaker:
Ellen Loeshelle recently joined Vestaboard as their first Head of Software Product and UX and is thrilled to work on a product that she loves in her own home. Prior to Vestaboard, she was a product leader at Qualtrics where she led the Market Research and Healthcare product portfolios. Ellen began her career at Clarabridge, a customer experience analytics company, transitioning from consulting into product management and eventually taking on product leadership. Following Qualtrics’ acquisition of Clarabridge, Ellen continued to grow her scope as a product leader. Her experience spans AI and data products, bringing emerging technologies into customer-facing products, and leading product organizations through significant change and growth. Ellen lives in Arlington with her husband Joel, Jackson (5.5) and Parker (3).28 attendees
