Call for Volunteers: Join event team for the 7th PMW Mini-Conference

While it is possible to join this meeting remotely, it is much better to attend in person. If you cannot attend in person, write to jacky@fielddaysolutions.com to set up a phone call during the meeting.

Here is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills, add to your resume and LinkedIn profile, grow your network, interact with your potential employer, and have fun.

Meet with PMW members of past event teams on the first Saturday in October to learn how enjoyable event development can be. Then choose a role and join the event team. If you attend in person you will get a treat and I promise it is NOT a trick :-).

PMW's Seventh mini-conference on Dec 19th 2026 will be an in-person event in the Bay Area , remote access may be added later.We are looking forward to getting professional subject matter experts as speakers, followed by roundtable discussions and takeaways that can be put to practice. Teams will compete for prizes and honor!

The benefits of volunteering include giving back to the profession, networking with the team and subject matter experts, honing current skills, learning new skills, no-cost conference attendance, and fun!

The volunteer team needs a minimum of six members: two co-project managers, two co-logicians, and at least two marketers. Marketing is to obtain facilitators, sponsors, and participants. The volunteer time needed is a few hours/month in October,November and December.
