We are excited to announce that our donation-based (info below) Psychedelic Recovery has expanded online to access for anyone around the world on Monday evening at 6 pm Pacific! We are group of peers in recovery that believe that psychedelics and/or plant medicine can help us recover from addiction, alcoholism and dependency to substances or behaviors. We gather regularly together to support one another to effectively understand and integrate these life-changing tools into our lives.
Members of PR have either already experienced the transformative capacity of psychedelics, and are currently using them to heal, or are interested in learning what role they may play in their recovery. In fact, some individuals may turn to psychedelics to aid in mental health, personal growth, personal development and well-being.
Whether you are recovering from addiction and utilizing psychedelics as a tool to heal yourself or struggling with dependency and looking for a unique path to recovery, or know someone who is, this group is for you.
This is a sober, anonymous meeting and safe space. Please do not come intentionally high. This is not a 12 -step meeting. Many of us are here because traditional recovery methods have not provided adequate recovery.
We will start with a meditation, followed by a sharing circle and conscious discussion. This group focuses on intentional use for addiction recovery. We welcome those with experience using these medicines and newcomers alike.
We encourage people to attend regularly so we can continue building a strong group and recovery network.
For questions please email: psychedelicrecovery@gmail.com
⚠️Disclaimer: Groups do not offer psychotherapy, psychedelic substances, or referrals. This meeting is designed as a secure and anonymous space. It is not a place to promote services or to seek in the procurement of any controlled substances.

Special Screening of: The Spirit of Tatá - Wisdom of Yawanawa Elder
Roxie Theater, 3117 16th Street, San Francisco, CA, USPurchase Tickets HERE
Join us at the Roxie Theater for a special screening of "The Spirit of Tatá" - a heartwarming documentary you won't want to miss!
You are invited to join us for a special screening of “The Spirit of Tatá”, a documentary honoring the last great spiritual elder of the Yawanawá people of the Brazilian Amazon. The Yawanawá—“povo da queixada”—live along the Rio Gregório River in the state of Acre, Brazil.
The name is commonly translated as “people of the wild boar” and, in academic terms, refers to the white-lipped peccary (Tayassu pecari). At 103 years old, Tatá was responsible for safeguarding the tribe’s spiritual legacy through the difficult years of colonization and interference by the rubber tappers and missionaries.
When the Yawanawá started to reclaim their culture in the 1980s, it was Tatá who helped guide a profound cultural and spiritual revival, transmitting ceremonies, songs, healing practices, sacred plant knowledge, and ancestral stories once held in secrecy for survival.
The Spirit of Tatá offers a glimpse into Tatá’s final days—a historic and challenging moment for the tribe as they face losing their beloved elder and greatest living library of spiritual knowledge. He spent his last day continuing to teach from from his deathbed, devoted to passing the teachings to the next generation.
This story is emblematic of a story happening around the world—the story of cultures losing their elders while struggling to recover and revive their ancient languages and traditions before they are lost forever.
The film aims to wake up modern audiences to the inherent and vital need to preserve, protect, and support the continuation of indigenous peoples and knowledge for the sake of all Life on earth.
✨ This screening is a fundraiser in direct support of the Yawanawá Indigenous community. Your presence helps protect living wisdom and the forest that holds it.
✨A documentary brought to us by The Sofie Foundation.
