By combining Soulful Breathwork with Sound Healing, this experience supports relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner connection. Breath and sound work together to help release tension held in the body and create space for greater clarity, balance, and ease.

Relax as Plamen Russev gently guides you through a Soulful Breathwork journey designed to heal the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul. Even a single breathwork session can create profound shifts and lasting transformation. Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective practice for releasing past trauma, grief, fear, anger, stress, and other unprocessed emotions that may be stored in the body.
Denise Foster, Reiki Master and Sound Therapist, incorporates crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum, rain stick, bells, and other meditative instruments throughout the session. Moving throughout the space, she combines sound and Reiki energy work to support relaxation, grounding, and integration.
The breathwork gradually flows into the sound bath, allowing the body and mind to settle into stillness and restoration.
Please Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket and pillow
- Eye cover (optional but recommended)
- Water bottle
- Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
- No prior breathwork experience is necessary.
- For your comfort, please avoid eating a heavy meal within 30 minutes before the event.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. However, you will receive a credit toward one of Denise Foster's services or an individual Soulful Breathwork session with Plamen. Credits must be used within 30 days.
