Coffee & Change – a gathering to turn “someday” into “today”

We keep saying “something has to change” but change is hard. We put off the things that are important and we don’t know why. We get stuck in our daily routines and before we know it, weeks or months have gone by.
Coffee & Change is a small gathering to make change happen. It’s a place to bring the project, or dream you’ve been putting off, the habit or behavior you want to shift, or a new way of thinking you want to adopt and talk we it through. Together we find the clarity and encouragement to take your next step.
With only 4 seats at the table, you’ll have space to share what matters to you and receive ideas, support, and accountability from others who are also ready to move forward.
Each Coffee & Change gathering lasts an hour and will follow a similar format:
- A warm welcome and quick introductions
- Focused time for each person to share what you want to change and get support
- Guided questions and group reflections to spark clarity and ideas
- A wrap-up round where everyone leaves with one clear step to take forward
The purpose here is sincere: a small, supportive space where conversation turns into momentum and change feels a lighter with company beside you.
I’m a certified life coach and love to help people turn what matters into what happens. Life is too short to spin our wheels starting things and not completing them. I believe in the power of community and the strength of connection to carry us forward on the path to change. My hope with this group is that we can lift each other up, celebrate small wins, and make change feel less lonely.
When and where are we meeting?
We start promptly at 8.30 at a coffee shop near Piedmont Avenue.
The exact location will be shared once you reserve your seat HERE.
Why am I charging for this event?
I’ve learned one thing from years of running events:
It’s easy to sign up. It’s hard to show up.
When we don’t honor our commitments, we get good at quitting on ourselves. And the more we practice quitting, the harder it becomes to build anything meaningful.
The fee isn’t about money. It’s about making a decision. It also honors the time and energy I commit to creating this space — and ensures that a seat isn’t left empty when it could have been used by someone else who was ready to attend.
By reserving your seat at the table, you are saying I’m in. I’m showing up.
I can’t wait to meet you and see what happens when we gather over coffee and focus on what really matters — together.
