It's hard to be the only vegan in the family!

Just when young vampire Sasha's fangs are about to come in, she decides that killing humans is wrong. Hungry, morally conflicted and misunderstood by her vampire family, she meets Paul, a lonely teen with suicidal tendencies. They begin a nocturnal quest to fulfil Paul's last wishes, but even with a consenting meal, will Sasha be able to overcome her doubts?

It's incredible how versatile the vampire genre can be! This French-Canadian film is halfway between the dry comedy of What We Do In The Shadows and a sweet, heart-warming coming-of-age drama about outsiders finding solace in each other.
