With over 20 years experience, Denise uses her Gifts to aid others on their paths. Over a 7 year period she led both a "Reiki Circle" with 45 in attendance as well as a "Universal Energy Circle" with 70 in attendance. The Healing energy comes from a Higher power, their is no ego involved. Her classes include beautiful guided meditations to meet your Reiki Master Teacher. The Healing tones of the Crystal Singing Bowls enhance the classroom experience. With each Reiki class level, you will receive a detailed manual filled with valuable information. Your intuitive abilities increase with each level as you allow yourself to be guided by the Reiki energy.

This cave is constructed from natural pink Himalayan salt, featuring stacked salt boulders and bricks. The air is infused with rich negative ions, with its calming and detoxifying effects. This Halotherapy can support the immune, respiratory, sinus, allergies, nervous and lymphatic systems.Denise has been creating Sound baths in the Atlanta area now for over 10 years. She has played with many local musicians at salt caves, art galleries and yoga studios. She offers a variety of public events such as Sound Immersion, Past Life Regression Sound Bath, Sound Bath Yoga and Breathwork Sound Baths. Some of her offerings include private Sound Baths in her office or your location. Born into the healing Arts, she has provided Reiki sessions and classes for over 25 years.
It can be on the cool side in the cave. You may bring whatever you would like to add to your comfort: pillows, blankets, mats etc. Please bring a pair of white socks to walk in the Salt Cave.

Karuna is a Sanskrit name and means “compassionate action”. I taught Usui Reiki for many years. Then I went to Sedona to the “Peace Place” to become registered in the Karuna Reiki® Program. My third eye was opened up even more then it was already, increasing my intuition. My Healing energy had also increased tremendously, with an intense vibration in my hands. I found that the additional 12 Karuna symbols are to be used for specific purposes, giving you more tools for your spiritual toolbox. Every day of my life, I use the Reiki symbols. Symbols are powerful, its how our subconscious mind speaks to us. The Karuna symbols can be used just like Usui Reiki symbols when giving Reiki treatments.

In Rishikesh (the birthplace of yoga) we’ll have daily morning yoga/meditation sangas overlooking Mother Ganga. There will be Seva opportunities with the Raman Ashram school or Triveni Ghat and we as well as food distribution.
November 10: Rishikesh Waterfall hike, Ganga Puja
November 11: Neelkanth Mahadev
November 12: Vasistha’s cave
November 13: Rishikesh to Haridwar excursion and Immersion of ashes of loved ones in Ganga.
November 14: Drive with breakfast to Govardhan.
November 15: Govardhan Sunrise meditation and breakfast at resort. Depart for Radha Kunda widow seva at 11am. A sacred ceremony on bank of Holy Radha Kunda.
November 16: Depart for Vrindavan at 9am after breakfast. The activities will include temple visit, Neem Karoli Baba samadhi, goshala (cow shelter Seva), lunch at MVT at 12:15. PM visit Radha Raman and Radha Damodar temples and Yamuna sunset Aarti on boats.
November 17: Drive to Delhi airport for onward flight (Important: plan your flight for after 7pm) Note: Optional extra trip to Taj Mahal for morning viewing and on to the airport.Price Per Person - $2387 for twin share, add $687 for a private room
