With over 20 years experience, Denise uses her Gifts to aid others on their paths. Over a 7 year period she led both a "Reiki Circle" with 45 in attendance as well as a "Universal Energy Circle" with 70 in attendance. The Healing energy comes from a Higher power, their is no ego involved. Her classes include beautiful guided meditations to meet your Reiki Master Teacher. The Healing tones of the Crystal Singing Bowls enhance the classroom experience. With each Reiki class level, you will receive a detailed manual filled with valuable information. Your intuitive abilities increase with each level as you allow yourself to be guided by the Reiki energy.

Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to heal past trauma by releasing old pain, grief, anger, fear, or other unprocessed emotions.
Sacred Sound Bath led by Denise Foster, Reiki Master/Sound Therapist. She will be walking throughout the event, playing meditative instruments over you. This helps to enhance your experience, along with Reiki Healing and meditative instruments. The breathwork flows into a sound bath to help you integrate your session.
