Sunday Yoga in the park is a sliding scale donation based class in Golden Gate park (suggested donation $15-$25) for the month of April

This is an all levels yoga classes incorporating elements of Vinyasa, Hatha and restorative yoga. Each class will have breath work, meditation, gentle movement options to do more or do less and end with deep relaxation. This is a low pressure class meant to de stress and feel even just a little bit better in our heads, hearts and bodies.

Please bring your own mat or towel to practice on. Wear layers. Bring a loved one. No yoga or meditation experience required.

Donations will be accepted in cash, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

Your Instructor:
Aubree Gilbert is a somatic yoga and mindfulness instructor specializing in therapeutic practices for mental health and trauma. Aubree has experience teaching in gyms, studios, high schools, juvenile detention centers, senior centers as well as supporting adults with special needs, and people in 1:1 and speciality group settings.

Aubree has completed trainings with Yoga Tree, Purusha Yoga School, Niroga Institute, Art of Yoga Project, Prison Yoga Project , The Embody Lab and more. Aubree currently teaches weekly in-person mindful yoga classes, offers 1:1 coaching and group private classes, different donation-based pop-ups each month and welcomes independent contracting.
