We''re a Drum Circle! We meet the first Saturday of every Month. There are twp sessions/
Drumming for Mindfulness
from 2:00 - 3:00 pm
A clinically tested and proven meditation method. Unwind and calm you body and mind.
Then
Drumming Ensemble
from 3:00 to 5:00 pm
With a certified drum circle facilitator... ME!
The event is free, but donations are accepted and cover costs and donated to the facility that lets us use their hall.
