Richmond RING is the Real Estate Investor Networking Group. We have been meeting in Richmond for 20 years, and we are the largest REIA in the area.

We meet the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM at The Great American Ranch, 13995 Raised Antler Cir, Midlothian, VA 23112.

6:30, doors and networking. This part is not filler. For most people it is the reason they came.

7:00, the Richmond market update. Real local numbers from the last 30 days, not national headlines.

Then the guest, through 8:30. A different one every month: investors who have done hundreds of deals, plus the attorneys, lenders, tax accountants, appraisers and contractors you need to know before you need them.

8:30, back to networking.

WHO IS IN THE ROOM

Usually 100 or more. Investors, wholesalers, flippers, landlords, agents, property managers, hard money lenders, attorneys, accountants, and the vendors who serve all of them.

Some people here have done hundreds of deals. Some have not done their first one yet. Both belong. Nobody is going to make you feel stupid for asking a basic question.
