What we’re about
RISE is a virtual meet-up that invites those impacted by cancer to find other like minded individuals. The goal of the meet-up is to share resources, tips and engage in meaningful discussions about the emotional side effects of cancer.
RISE is led by Lauren Huffmaster the founder of Adventure Therapy Foundation. Lauren is a metastatic breast cancer survivor. She passionately leads discussions on acknowledging the emotional side effects of cancer: fear, isolation and identity.
