Founder & CEO, Tribe Development and Tribe Hospitality
Ashley Stiles is the founder and CEO of Tribe Development and Tribe Hospitality, the company behind The Buxton Hotel, a 69-room boutique hotel in downtown Fort Collins — the first property in a growing hospitality portfolio. Hospitality is a new chapter built on more than 15 years developing commercial real estate along Colorado’s Front Range, where her projects have set the standard for how a building works, how it looks, and how people come together in it.
The move makes sense to anyone who knows how she operates. Ashley is a proud member of the Chickasaw Nation and brings a distinct perspective to the table. She has always looked past the physical elements of the built environment to what a place actually does for the people who use it. A hotel makes that literal — every decision comes down to how a guest, an employee, or a neighbor experiences the place.
A graduate of Colorado State University and the University of Denver, Ashley has developed more than $1 billion in assets. Her work spans identifying new market opportunities, entitlement and municipal coordination, design and construction oversight, and the financial and legal side of getting deals done. Tribe Dev Co also designed and produced the NoCo Trade Mission, an annual multi-day economic development travel program, for five consecutive years (2021–2025).
Ashley serves on the Native American Cultural Embassy Committee, the 8th District Judicial Nominating Committee, and the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce board, and has previously served on the boards of the Women’s Foundation of Colorado and the American Cancer Society.Buxton- https://www.instagram.com/thebuxtonhotel/?hl=en

Nick Cooley is the founder and Managing Partner of Rodeo Capital. He started his real estate career as a single family investor - and eventually broker - in Denver, but Rodeo now focuses on apartment buildings in Nebraska and Iowa.
When Nick started investing in Denver, he learned the hard way that a handful of small properties spread around town don't scale. So he went bigger and focused on markets where cash flow thrives - Omaha, Des Moines, Cedar Rapids - and built a firm around one idea: buy cash-flowing multifamily, fix what the last owner didn't, and hold forever.
Most of this industry runs on a five-year clock, and Nick thinks that short-term clock drives smart people to do dumb things to good buildings. Rodeo makes decisions for year ten, not year three.
Before Rodeo, he co-founded Jericho Capital, which generated over $4mm in returns to partners from 2022-2026.What to expect from a RMWI event?
