🌺 Welcome to Root & Rise™

I'm so grateful you've found your way here.

Root & Rise™ is a gentle, seasonal gathering for women - a place to pause, reflect, reconnect, and journey together through the rhythms of nature and our own lives.

Whether this is your first circle or your first step back to yourself, I hope you feel welcomed exactly as you are.

What to Expect

Each Sunday we gather for approximately 90 minutes of reflection, meditation, conversation, and seasonal practices.

The final gathering of each month is often an opportunity to meet in person through a nature walk or another community experience.

A Few Gentle Agreements

🌺To help preserve the intention and safety of our circle, I'd kindly ask that we all honour a few shared agreements.

🌺 Please RSVP if you plan to attend, as this helps me prepare the space with care.

🌺 The circle opens 10 minutes before we begin. To honour everyone present and preserve the flow of the gathering, we gently close the room shortly after our start time. If you arrive after the circle has begun, we look forward to welcoming you the following week.

🌺 Cameras on for arrival. I encourage women to join with their camera on, especially as we arrive and greet one another. Seeing one another helps us cultivate connection and community. If you need to turn your camera off during the gathering, you're welcome to do so.

🌺 Come as you are. There is nothing to prove and nothing to perform here.

A Living Community

Between our gatherings, you're warmly invited to continue the journey in our Telegram community, where we share seasonal reflections, journal prompts, and gentle reminders throughout the week.

Finally..

It is a privilege to share this journey with you.

There is always a place for you in the circle.

With warmth,

Naku 🌺
